Active Roofing Ltd has been roofing homes and buildings across Surrey for over 11 years. We install and repair asphalt shingle, metal, tile, and flat roofing, and we install metal wall cladding, so we can protect a building’s roof and walls as one complete envelope.
Active Roofing is a full-service roofing contractor built on one standard: do the job right, the first time, and stand behind it. Since 2014, that standard has carried us through 100+ roofs across Surrey, the Lower Mainland, and all over BC.
We’re owner-operated and fully in-house, so the people who quote your job are the same people who show up and finish it. No subcontractors, no handoffs.
Most roofing companies stop at the roof. We do not. Active Roofing installs metal roofing and metal wall cladding, so we can take care of a building’s entire exterior envelope, not just the top of it. For commercial, industrial, and agricultural clients, that means one crew and one standard covering the whole building. For homeowners, it means the option of a matching, modern metal roof and wall system installed by the same team. Few roofing companies in Surrey offer both. We do.
Active Roofing has served Surrey since 2014, over 11 years of roofs, repairs, and re-roofs across this region. That track record is reflected in our A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We have built our reputation the way most contractors do, one roof and one satisfied property owner at a time, and we intend to keep it that way.
From the roof deck down to the wall flashing, we look at a building as one connected system. That full-envelope view is why our work holds up against Surrey’s coastal weather, on homes and commercial properties alike.
Active Roofing is fully licensed and insured to work throughout British Columbia, including all of the Lower Mainland, and every worker on your property is covered by WorkSafeBC. That protects you, and it protects our crew. It also reflects how we run this business: by the book, with real accountability behind every job. When we finish a project, we walk it with you, and we are not done until you are satisfied with the result.
Active Roofing is a full-service roofing and cladding company, not a single-material specialist. Here is our full range:
Every service follows the same standard: a proper assessment, honest advice, and installation work built to last through Surrey’s coastal climate. See examples of our completed work in the gallery.
Every roof we install carries the same standard, whether it’s a modern standing seam metal roof or a full commercial re-roof. Because we don’t subcontract, the crew that quotes your job is the same crew that shows up and finishes it.
Active Roofing works across Surrey, the Lower Mainland, and all over BC, on homes, commercial buildings, and multi-family properties. Wherever you are in the area, you get the same crew and the same 11-year standard.
